About

Welcome to my blog.

My name is Adam and I am an automotive “otaku” ( which means maniac or fan in Japanese )

These are my cars:

2005 Subaru Forester Sti – 19000kms on the dial, stock except for the Gram Lights Dragon 57 stainless cat back and a SYMS exhaust earth kit.

I come from Australia.

Currently I live in Japan – have been here going on 5 years now and finally after many stalled attempts, have gotten into racing – drifting to be exact. While I love going sideways and intimately understand a cars movements and balance, beating the clock has always been an obsession of mine in everything track related as opposed to anything work related.

My idea of an office consists of a steering wheel, bucket seat and a harness – plus the obligatory oomph to stop and power me around. Sadly, I’ve confined myself to a desk for far too long. Not any more!

I have been an avid F1 fan as long as I can remember and have met many of the past, present and future drivers. Motorsport is in the bloodstream and as long as I live and breathe will continue to be!

So what’s the purpose of this blog? Same reason you’re reading it – we are into the same things and my aim is to provide some coverage from Japan not just on Japanese motorsport activities but also on International events and goings on and we all know that in this sport, the action never stops.

Enjoy your stay!
